We focus on in-depth understanding of the final product and then seperately analyze its various production processes along the value chain. We offer solutions for each process step and let our customers choose the most suitable and beneficial input product according to their own available resources. Our ability to provide input products at different levels of processing is supported by our wide engagement in several key production processes such as extrusion, drawing, forging, casting to all sorts of machining, which equips us with the tools necessary to improve the shape, surface quality, dimensional precision and throughput times required at further downstream processing of our customers.

We constantly source raw material and cooperate with metals and commodity producers to enlarge our supply chain solutions and best serve our clients needs. By forming strategic alliances with third party producers of metals we streamline and simplify supply chains. We have a great deal of expertise in processing material for further downstream activities, as well as competitive advantages in terms of the processing technologies that we use. This allows us to optimise our end products for a wider customer base and maximize value for customers.

MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT PARTS

We provide OEMs and sup-suppliers with complete supply chain solutions, which range from standard fasteners, specified drawing parts to the assembly of components forming complete product systems, that serve as our clients inputs for further processing. Our comprehensive systems competence, extensive production experience and a large pool of qualified producers enables us to support our customers in managing their purchasing. We aim to complement all needs of our customer base and are able to achieve significant purchasing and process cost savings for both producers and end-users.

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

By forming strategic alliances with third party producers ranging from metals to all forms of processing like extrusion, peeling, forging, casting and machining, we are providing the automotive manufacturers and their sub- suppliers with complete supply chain solutions. We fulfill even the most complex logistic management tasks and needs including just-in-time deliveries, batch tracing, C-part management and call-up orders. Our compiling kits and packaging can meet all customer needs, irrespective of packaging material, label size and the general design of the kits.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Liberalized energy markets are often fragmented or periodically volatile. As a result, price discrepancies often occur when there is an oversupply of wind and solar PV that can be bought cheaply on the market and the time periods when those inflexible generation units reduce supply due to weather constraints. We invest into renewable energy assets that allow us to generate, store and release energy to the market during those most valuable time periods. These pricing discrepancies offer us arbitrage opportunities based on our ability to supply flexible amounts of energy when most needed and yield above-market margins.
