Mellon Technology has relationships and offtake agreements with various raw material producers, including mining companies and steel mills, forgers and other industrial entities to supply the goods seeked by our customers at the processing level required.

We place highest value on the quality of our products, processes and services; monitoring supplier products and processes at great length and in detail. Quality can be tracked all the way back to the raw material, while the performance of our suppliers is continuously assessed and improved.

We store commodities, raw material, semi and finished products at Mellon Technology's and at third-party-owned facilities with the pursuit of reliably, efficiently and responsibly deliver-on-time, wherever our customers are located and whenever they need.

We use our knowledge and third-party resources to ensure safe loading of commodities and products with all kind of dimensions. We conduct container-to- container, ship-to-ship transfers in carefully controlled conditions and any additional tailor-made services required.

Most our deals are done on a Cost and Freight (CFR) or Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) basis. With CFR sales, the seller takes on the cost of transferring the goods to a named destination port and unloading them onto the buyer’s vessel, truck, railway connection etc.

On receipt of a delivery, storage facilities undertake product verification and quality checks. Additional packaging and refinement procedures may also be applied to the goods prior to dispatch to meet the buyer’s specifications.

We meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. Through the use of railcars, trucks, barges, air planes and vessels we ensure the safe, secure and prompt delivery of products, regardless of geographic location with door-to-door services including delivered at place (DAP).
